School Facilities
The school moved into new modern facilities in 2006. These have been planned following EU standards to ensure a healthy, safe, aesthetically pleasing, functional and stimulating environment, conducive to teaching and learning.
The site was chosen very carefully, taking into consideration the traveling time for the students, while distancing the school from the noise and congestion of the town. The new premises are only five minutes from the centre of Paphos, yet border the peaceful, unspoilt agricultural area south of Mesa Chorio, next to the traditional village of Anavargos.
The latest security systems have been installed to ensure protection of the students’ work, their data and their environment during non-working hours. Fencing all around the campus and locked gates limit access to outsiders, thus ensuring that our students and teachers remain free from distractions during school time.

The Science Laboratories: Science facilities include senior Chemistry/Physics and Biology Laboratories as well as two junior General Science Laboratories all fully equipped for experiments.
The Library: A spacious area with a good selection of books and other educational material as well as networked computers where students can access their school accounts and the internet.
The Art Room: The Art Room is in two parts, a lower level, fully equipped spacious classroom and an upper level gallery where art work is exhibited.
The ICT Labs: There are three fully equipped Computer Laboratories with networked computers. Each student has an account on the system.
The Music Room: Music is taken seriously at ISOP. Talented students regularly appear in school musical and theatrical productions.
Sports Facilities: Excellent sports facilities exist at ISOP, including a professional basket ball court, football pitch and an indoor heated swimming pool.
The Cafeteria: A pleasant area where students parents and teachers can relax, enjoy a drink and a snack.
Junior Playground: The junior students have the delightful Atrium area to pass their breaks.
Senior Playground: Recently laid out with artificial turf, the senior playground offers a pleasant and safe break experience for the students.
