School Shop Attendant/ Administration Assistant

Duties:

  • Assists with the day-to-day operations and provides administrative support to various departments, including Examinations, HR, Accounts etc, as needed
  • Prepares, maintains and files a variety of school-based records, lists and reports
  • Assists with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Assists with the coordination of company events
  • Maintains office supplies inventory and places orders when necessary
  • Assists with the operation of the school book and uniform shop

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong administrative, organization and computer skills
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Previous experience in an educational organization will be consider as an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Additional language proficiency is an advantage
