We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Examinations Officer to join our school. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a reputable, popular, and successful international school. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Centre.
Main Duties
- Plan, organise, and manage all aspects of international examinations within the school
- Collaborate with Examination Boards and other external organisations involved in examinations administration
- Set up examination sessions in the school’s management system
- Register candidates on Examination Board platforms
Requirements
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of the Greek language (considered an advantage)
- Ability to build trusting and professional relationships with students, parents, and teachers
- A positive, supportive, and proactive attitude
Administrative & Organisational Abilities
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and efficiency in managing multiple tasks
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Professional Attributes
- Willingness and readiness to provide training when required
- Flexibility to work outside normal working hours when necessary
