The International School of Paphos is seeking to appoint a motivated, organised, and professional Administrative Officer to join our administrative team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the school, ensuring the efficient administration of school processes and providing excellent service to students, parents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the school leadership team, teaching staff, and wider school community.
- Maintain accurate student, staff, and school records in accordance with data protection requirements.
- Assist with student admissions, enrolment, and registration processes.
- Prepare, distribute, and manage school correspondence, newsletters, reports, and other documentation.
- Organise meetings, appointments, school events, and administrative schedules.
- Support attendance monitoring and maintain relevant records.
- Process and manage administrative documentation, forms, and filing systems.
- Assist with the coordination of school communications and internal announcements.
- Maintain office supplies and liaise with external suppliers and service providers as required.
- Ensure administrative procedures are carried out efficiently and in line with school policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Previous experience in an administrative, office management, or customer service role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Desirable
- Previous experience working in a school or educational setting.
- Familiarity with student information systems and school management software.
- Knowledge of admissions, attendance, or school administrative procedures.
- Additional language skills.
- Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality requirements within an educational environment.
