The International School of Paphos had the pleasure of hosting Mr Mustapha El-Habbal from the American University of Beirut-Mediterraneo at our school on Thursday 16th of February. Parents, students and staff who attended the event had the opportunity to be introduced to the American University of Beirut (AUB), being provided with information about its history, experience, educational strategy that is based on ‘Liberal Arts Education’, its accreditations and various rankings. Mr Mustapha highlighted that the American University of Beirut-Mediterraneo , which will be based in Paphos, is the first campus of AUB outside Lebanon, as part of their strategy to go global. He presented the different courses that will be offered, entry requirements, application procedures, tuitions fees and several financial aid and scholarship opportunities. It was a very informative afternoon and we are happy to welcome an educational institution of such high standards to our town
