The International School of Paphos proudly announces its great achievement at the Cyprus Education Leaders Awards 2023 where it received the Gold Award for the sub-category Cultivating Environmental Awareness under the section Culture-Values.

The Head of School, Mr Kyriacos Kashouli, the Assistant Deputy Head of Secondary, Mrs Georgia Kyriakidou and the Humanities Teacher and Eco Co-ordinator, Miss Marina Sofia Flevotomas, attended the ceremony, on the 7th of November in Nicosia where they represented the school and were presented this well-deserved award.

The ultimate purpose of the awards is to upgrade the educational experience and to document this upgrade to all stakeholders in the field of education – students, teachers, parents, society. Experienced judges look for educational ideas, actions and initiatives that are distinctive and are good practices, at every level of education.
